There was a moment when I was at the gym, and I realized, "yep, I may have over done it today." Seriously, if my legs hurt and I haven't even left the gym, then I know the next few days will mean I'll be limping around a bit. Oh well....gotta start somewhere.
A typical day in good old cement city. Walk the dogs before putting in a few hours at work. The park was mostly deserted so Marley and Little Elvis got a good work out too.
