The heat and humidity was a little lower today so we made it to the park this morning.
The dogs enjoyed a good run. Well, Elvis did, Marley just does a slow jog now a days. Smart plan, old girl, conserve that energy.
Two small falcons were flying around. They had a bit of scrap over a grasshopper, or something edible. One ended up with it and sat on a branch to eat it. These were small falcons, nothing for me to be concerned about with Little Elvis. These little dogs are targets for the larger bird of prey in the desert, but I have seen very few in this area.
Hopefully I can get a better camera and take some better shots.
