No Pain No Gain

Boy did it get hot today.  111 degrees.  What the heck!

My body is still hurting from the gym this past Saturday and Sunday, and the heat is now finishing me off.  Oh well, this too shall pass.

I was hoping to hit the gym tonight, but I won't drive in this heat.  It's horrible for my SUV and really horrible for the environment.

Time capsule:  Trump is in the city, speaking downtown.  Lot's of demonstrations going on but there doesn't seem to be any conflicts.
I just want to see anyone succeed, whatever party, just succeed.  :)
