Beautiful morning today. 75 degrees and blue skies. Elvis couldn't wait to get going and followed me all over this morning. I tried to explain to him that it was still too dark, but alas, he gave not one
f#ck.
I was surprised we had the park to ourselves, at least most of the time. No frisbee golfers or other dog walkers.
The field has been mowed down finally. The grass and other foliage was over 6 feet high, if not taller, so the city finally came in and mowed it down. It smells wonderful. The bees are now just hanging in the trees, but the birds and bunnies are having a great time.
