June is typically the hottest month of year, in my humble opinion. It seems to be the month when the record breaking heat can hit which means the 120 degree area. Anything over 110 is horribly wrong, and the heat sinks into the cement and asphalt and doesn't come out until October, if Phoenix is lucky.
The movers show up today, and hopefully everything will be done by 10, and we can all be out the door finished by 1 pm.
Here's Marley in the field, one last time. We could have gone this morning, but there's an armed suspect down the road, barricaded in a house, having a shoot out with Police. It started yesterday, and one fellow gave up after being shot. The other is still inside. We heard the gunfire last night, and I turned the dogs around and hid in the apartment.
